Cancellation policy

Every Orélth gown is made to order. Work on your gown begins shortly after you order, so we keep the cancellation window short and clear.

Cancel within 48 hours

You can cancel any order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. Email contact@orelth.com with your order number and the words "Please cancel my order". We will confirm by email and refund you in full to your original payment method.

After 48 hours

After 48 hours your gown is in production and the order can no longer be cancelled, except where the law gives you a right to cancel. If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, please read our UK & EU right of withdrawal.

Refund timing

Approved cancellations are refunded within 14 days to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few further days to show the credit.
