Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, tell us of your decision with a clear statement by email to contact@orelth.com. You may use the withdrawal form on this page, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning the gown, including any duties or taxes charged on the return, unless it is faulty or not what you ordered. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — please try the gown on only as you would in a shop, and return it unworn with the tags attached.

Exception

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalised, such as a gown altered or made to your individual measurements.
