Shipping policy

Every gown is made to order, so delivery happens in two stages.

Production — 2 to 6 weeks

Your gown is cut and sewn for you after you order. Production usually takes 2–6 weeks. The exact dates are shown on each product page and are calculated from the day you order.

Shipping — 4 to 12 days

Once your gown is ready, delivery takes 4 to 12 days depending on your destination. Production time does not include shipping time.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your gown leaves us.

Duties and taxes

We pay all import duties and taxes. There is nothing more to pay when your gown arrives, wherever you are.

Returns postage and duties

If you send a gown back, the return postage and any duties or taxes charged on the return are paid by you — unless it arrived faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. See Returns & refunds.
