Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you order — they form the contract between you and us.

Who we are

This website is run by Orélth LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17266983, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. You can reach us only by email at contact@orelth.com, 8am – 5pm London time; we usually reply within 2 working days.

Our gowns

Every Orélth gown is made to order in the standard size you choose at checkout — nothing is taken from stock. Each product page has its own size chart, because each gown has its own cut. We photograph our gowns as accurately as we can, but screens vary and each piece is finished by hand, so small differences in colour may occur.

Prices, duties and taxes

Prices are shown at checkout in your currency and include any VAT that applies. We pay all import duties and taxes on delivery — there is nothing more to pay when your gown arrives. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout, and by paying you confirm you are authorised to use the method you choose. We may decline an order where payment cannot be verified, a product is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud — in that case you are refunded in full.

Pre-orders, production and delivery

All gowns are sold as pre-orders. Production takes 2 – 6 weeks from your order; the expected shipping window is shown on the product page and in your bag before you pay. Once your gown is ready, delivery takes 4 – 12 days. Production time does not include shipping time.

We will deliver no later than 8 weeks after your order. If we cannot, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. Every order is tracked, and the risk in the gown passes to you on delivery.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel any order for any reason within 48 hours of placing it for a full refund — see our Cancellation policy.

Your right of withdrawal (UK and EU)

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your gown, without giving a reason. You pay the cost of returning the gown, including any duties or taxes charged on the return. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days. Returns everywhere else

Outside the UK and EU, pre-orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. See Returns & refunds.

Faulty or incorrect gowns

Your gown must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — this is your legal right and nothing in these terms affects it. If your gown arrives faulty, damaged, in the wrong size or colour, or is not what you ordered, we will repair, remake or refund it and we pay the return postage.

Complaints

If something is not right, email contact@orelth.com with your order number. We reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — images, text, designs and the Orélth name and marks — belongs to Orélth LTD and may not be used without our written permission.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, and our liability is limited to the price of your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring proceedings there.
